Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Business examples, potential opportunities, estimated impacts, and illustrative scenarios are not guarantees, forecasts, or promises of results.
No consulting relationship
Visiting the website, submitting a form, communicating with Visure, or purchasing an Initial Business Review does not by itself create an ongoing consulting, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
A consulting engagement begins only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement defining the scope, fees, responsibilities, and terms of the work.
Assessment requests
Visure may accept or decline an assessment request at its discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee a response, meeting, proposal, or engagement.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through public website forms.
Initial Business Review
Approved prospects may be invited to purchase a $500 Initial Business Review. Payment is required before scheduling.
If Visure 360 is contracted within 30 calendar days after the Initial Business Review meeting, the full $500 payment will be credited toward the Visure 360 fee.
The Initial Business Review does not include a written diagnostic, Value Map, roadmap, implementation plan, or guarantee that Visure will propose or accept additional work.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, payment-processing, and other transaction terms must be presented at or before purchase and are incorporated into these Terms when accepted.
Consulting services
Descriptions of Visure 360, focused projects, implementation, and advisory services explain general capabilities only. Final scope, participants, timing, location, travel expenses, fees, deliverables, dependencies, limitations, and success measures are established in a separate written agreement.
If a written consulting agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the written consulting agreement controls for that engagement.
No guaranteed results
Business results depend on information quality, market conditions, management decisions, client participation, implementation, timing, personnel, and other factors outside Visure's control.
Visure does not guarantee revenue increases, cost reductions, profit improvements, operational outcomes, financing, regulatory results, or any other specific business result.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, frameworks, graphics, documents, and other materials provided by Visure are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial materials from them.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misrepresent identity, scrape protected content at scale, or infringe the rights of Visure or others.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party services for payment, scheduling, analytics, communication, or social media. Visure is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Visure may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing terms
The governing law, venue, dispute-resolution process, and legal entity responsible for the website must be finalized after Visure's legal structure is confirmed and before these Terms are published.
